RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing Easeon LLC’s men’s loungewear products. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you need to return or request a refund, please follow our policy below.

1. Conditions for Refunds and Returns
   Return Period: Customers can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
   Item Condition: All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, including tags and all accessories. We cannot accept returns of worn, washed, or damaged items.
2. Return Process
   To return an item, please follow these steps:
   Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team by email or phone, providing us with the order number and reason for your return.

   Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service will provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and a return address.
   Packaging: Please repackage the item securely in its original packaging, including the Return Authorization number. Returning Goods: Please return the goods to our designated address using a reliable courier service. Please keep your shipping receipt for tracking purposes.
3. Refund Processing
   Once we receive the returned goods and confirm their condition meets the refund criteria, we will process your refund.

The refund will be processed through the original payment method and typically takes 7 business days to arrive. The exact time may vary depending on your bank.

4. Shipping Costs
   Unless the goods are defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If your return is due to our error (e.g., sending the wrong item), we will cover all return shipping costs.

5. Exchange Goods
   We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For item exchanges, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order.
6. Special Circumstances
   Promotional clearance items are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.
